Our Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy
The client comprehends that counselling sessions are scheduled in refinement. The lowest notice period may be needed if the client is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to deliver convenient notice may result in a cancellation payment.
There is no cancellation and refund policy at True Care Counselling. The counselling fees will not be refunded if the candidate does not get funding for the counselling we receive. The fees shall not be reimbursed after our counselling centre has received them. Cancellation will also not be taken after the cost has been paid. The individual will only pay counselling charges at True Care Counselling.
